Excellent content but hard to justify the ROI
The clinical content is genuinely excellent — no argument there. Dr. Spear and his faculty are brilliant educators. But at $500/month plus workshop fees, the total investment is substantial.
My issue is that while I'm a better clinician after 2 years with Spear, my production hasn't increased proportionally. The comprehensive treatment planning approach they teach often leads to case presentation...
