The free podcast is excellent — genuinely one of the best resources for dentists interested in practice ownership. However, the paid community didn't add much beyond what I was already getting from the podcast and free resources.

The coaching calls are group sessions, so you don't get much individualized attention. If you have a specific situation, you might wait weeks to get your question addressed.

It's affordable, so the risk is low. But I expected more structure and direct coaching for even the modest price.

Shared Practices provides a solid foundation in practice acquisition community and education principles. I appreciated the structured curriculum and the peer learning opportunities. My main criticism is that the follow-up support after the program ends is lacking. Would benefit from more ongoing mentorship options.
