This is just insane... The reviews on here that are 4 & 5 stars are totally rigged.. look at the dates they were all posted - within 2-3 days of each other.

This company is fraudulent to the nth degree. The people who are higher up will be there forever and ever, not matter what kind of dirty and unethical things

We have helped over 9,600 doctors, dentists and chiropractors increase their practice without spending extra money on marketing and advertising.
Demanding travel and poor work-life balance
I worked 7 days a week traveling or doing reports. Traveled on average 5 days. There are huge expectations to sell products. This is physically demanding due to the travel. The travel is fun if you haven't seen our beautiful country. Work life balance is way out of wack.
Challenging job but poor leadership
The job in itself was challenge but great. The compensation was rewarding but you had to put in the time and effort, so it was worth it. The Owner/CEO was not reliable and couldn't set a clear vision for the company. Staff turn over was extremely high, which set a negative tone for most.
Opportunities to grow and CEO development
I have worked at Scheduling Institute for 6 years and one of my favorite things about the company is that there are so many opportunities to grow. I have learned so much in the time that I have been at SI. I have even had the CEO of the company personally develop me as a marketer and has encouraged me and communicated that he wants to see me succeed. There are very few companies that the CEO will spend time to actually develop and work with an employee
Not what it seems, disappointed
It has been a while since I have worked there (perhaps things have changed). Well honesty is the best policy. I am disappointed with this company but it does work for some and it has been good for some, just not me. Not crazy about owner and his top tier leadership. My core values don't, at all, line up with theirs and trust me it’s not all what they say it is. However it doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be a good company for someone else. Worth a try.
Great culture and outstanding people
The number one thing about this place is its people. The people are so kind, they are results oriented, and truly care about the business and our clients success. The business and the owner make a strong effort to keep the building in really good shape. Having a nice place to work in every day is a highlight. They recognize those who are top contributors on a consistent basis verbally, publicly and financially and I appreciate that.
Great if you love being productive
I think this company is a great place to work if you love being productive! The workplace culture has improved since I started working here and so have the benefits! The more work I do the more value I bring, which is why sometimes it can seem that you get pulled in multiple directions to help multiple people. The hardest part of the job would be the work/life balance; the more you enjoy where you work and the people you work with, the more you care
Always busy with goals and trainings
We ALWAYS have goals we are working on, trainings, events, etc going on. I wouldn't say it's overwhelming, but if you don't like to be busy, this isn't the place for you.
