I went to PDA again and I took my whole team and just let's empower everybody, let's now we're taking different aspects from that, that conference and instead of, of being productive, just myself as a doctor, now, it's let's be productive as a whole team and I think that's kind of the biggest switch is if I've always wanted to ease into that, but I haven't been able to, because my practice hasn't been to the point that it's allowed it to where it's allowed me to step back and now I have a team that can feed off it a little bit.

Amazing culture, especially for a place where pretty much everyone is remote. Clients are also made part of that culture, which is awesome. Great work/life balance. I'm making friends here which is pretty great. Meetings are typically short and don't take up much time. The people are experts in their field, they support each other in tangible ways, they don't do lip service on their mission, they talk the talk and then walk the walk, don't work themselves to death, they do an EXCELLENT job of building culture and community w/ employees AND clients, they have fun together and clients, they love and consider feedback

PDA has solid content around productivity and patient communication. The workshop was excellent and the speakers were engaging. However, the full coaching program is quite expensive for a solo practitioner. I got value from the workshop alone but could not justify the ongoing coaching fees.

Signed up for PDA coaching plus their marketing package. The coaching portion was decent with good accountability structures. However, the marketing services significantly underperformed what was promised during the sales process. After 8 months I switched to a local agency and saw better results at a fraction of the cost.
