Spot-on videos for new employee training
i'm lucky enough to be the newest employee at scripps rock dental and i've been using laura's front office rocks videos um to pretty much take myself through the learning process and training process along with hands-on activity and it's amazing how spot-on these videos are and what you actually experience um being at the front desk i was so lucky that laura gave me the chance to come in here i had absolutely no dental experience um still trying to figure out the tech the terminology but as far as the videos being spot on how to handle patients how to communicate what what you can and should or should not communicate um and i still have more videos to watch so i am just really looking forward to continuing on through the front office rocks video and journey and hopefully

I expected Front Office Rocks to deliver more concrete ROI on their front office team training program. After 6 months I could not point to specific improvements that justified the investment. The content was generic and not tailored to my practice situation.
