Great concept but felt too small for their world
With 2 locations, I thought DEO would be a good fit for my growth plans. While the content is excellent, I felt completely out of my league. Most members have 5-20+ locations, and the discussions often assumed a level of infrastructure (HR departments, regional managers) that I simply didn't have.
The smaller breakout groups were more helpful, but even there, I was the smallest operator. It's not...
