Not worth it for solo practitioners
Joined DSN hoping to get guidance on growing my solo practice. Most of the content and coaching is geared toward multi-location owners and people looking to build DSOs. As a solo practitioner doing around $800K, I felt like the advice didn't apply to me.
The coaches kept pushing me toward hiring associates and opening second locations when all I wanted was to optimize my single practice and improve work-life balance. It felt like their definition of 'success' is only about growth and revenue.
Cancelled after 4 months. The cancellation process was straightforward, which I appreciated.

Decent program but room for improvement
Dental Success Network has good content on practice growth and community coaching but the implementation support could be stronger. I learned useful concepts but struggled to apply some of them without more hands-on guidance. The community aspect is nice though.

Dental Success Network provides a solid foundation in practice growth and community coaching principles. I appreciated the structured curriculum and the peer learning opportunities. My main criticism is that the follow-up support after the program ends is lacking. Would benefit from more ongoing mentorship options.

Dental Success Network gave me a clear framework for practice growth and community coaching that I was missing. As a dentist, nobody teaches you how to run a business in school. Their step-by-step approach to team management, scheduling optimization, and financial benchmarking filled critical gaps. Production up 18% in year one.
