Supervisors and higher-ups provide plenty of training and are always looking for ways to support you in the classroom. Schedule follows the county's schedule as close the private school you are assigned to does.

Catapult provides a useful service — affordable, accessible CE for busy practitioners. However, the line between education and marketing gets blurry more often than I'd like.

About 30-40% of their webinars are essentially sponsored by manufacturers. While the presenters are usually qualified clinicians, the content is clearly designed to promote specific products. This isn't unique to Catapult, but they're less transparent about it than some competitors.

The Catapult Vote system is their best offering — genuine peer reviews of products from practicing dentists. I wish they'd lean more into that model and less into sponsored CE.

For the price, it's fine. Just go in with eyes open about the commercial relationships.
